Update: As of this evening, water has been restored to all properties. If you're in the area and experiencing brownish or cloudy water, this is absolutely normal and is caused by the change in pressure. We recommend running your cold tap water until it runs clear again.

The Department of Public Works (DPW) is managing an emergency water shutoff on Hilton Rd. and Goodrich St. between Sylvan and Mapledale. They're dealing with a main break and working to repair a broken valve on the water line.

Properties throughout the northeast quadrant may experience low pressure while repairs are being made. This will be an issue until the water is restored.
