Water Bill System Error
Due to a system error, paper and emailed water bills sent to properties in Sections 3 and 4 of the City experienced a misprint that displays the estimated reading in place of the actual reading. This affects the amount due shown on the bill—please see the attached graphic for an example. Please note: The error does not involve the water meters themselves.
Please visit BSA, the City's payment portal, at bsaonline.com/?uid=512 to verify your property's balance and make a payment if necessary.
Next Steps:
- If you paid your bill online, you do not need further action.
- Those who paid by mail/phone whose actual balance due is more than the estimated balance will receive a credit toward the next bill.
- Those who paid by mail/phone whose estimated balance is less than the actual balance will roll that balance over to the next billing cycle.
