CONSTRUCTION ALERT ON WEST TROY STREET: Starting the week of April 28, 2025, from Woodward Ave to The dot Parking Garage.

Heads up, Ferndale! Concrete repair work will begin soon on West Troy Street as part of the 2025 Pavement Improvement Program. This project is expected to last 4–6 weeks and will significantly improve the roadway.

Traffic Changes:

First 2 weeks: One-way westbound traffic only.

After that, two-way traffic will resume for the remainder of the project.

Parking & Access: Public/private surface lots and driveways will remain accessible, but entry points may be limited, especially on the south side of the street.

Temporary No Parking signs will go up before construction begins. Vehicles in no-parking zones may be ticketed and/or towed. Additional signs will be posted if a driveway will temporarily lose access. Expect daytime dust and noise, especially in the mornings. We’re working closely with the contractor to keep the impact on local businesses to a minimum.
