Summer property tax bills have been available as of Tuesday, July 1, 2025, through the BS&A online portal. Return payments are due by Thursday, July 31, 2025. Unfortunately, mailed copies of the bills are experiencing longer-than-usual wait times due to testing through the banking institution. Bills are anticipated to reach mailboxes next week, the week of July 14.

We understand that some of you rely on mailed copies of the bills, and we greatly apologize for this inconvenience. Thankfully, there are several other options to view and pay bills:

• Pay online via BS&A at bsaonline.com/?uid=512
• Call 248-546-2525 Ext. 4 to request a digital/print copy or learn how to pay online, by drop box, or in person
• Email information@ferndalemi.gov with your name and home address to request a digital or mailed copy
• Stop into City Hall to request a physical copy of your bill or to pay in person

If you qualify for the installment plan, coupons will be automatically mailed to you. Payment coupons can also be requested in advance through the Finance Department.
