In this highly visible role, you'll be one of the first people our residents, businesses, and visitors interact with when they contact City Hall. You'll assist customers with tax and utility questions, process payments, help maintain customer accounts, and support a variety of day-to-day Finance Department operations. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to provide great customer service even when things get busy.
