Plumbing Permit Application
Plumbing work shall not be started until the Plumbing Permit has been issued by the City of Ferndale. All installations shall be in conformance with State Codes. No work shall be concealed until it has been inspected.

When ready for inspection, contact (248) 546-2366 Monday – Thursday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM. The address, permit number and type of inspection are required when requesting an inspection.
