The City of Ferndale City Clerk's Office processes massage establishment applications. Licenses are valid for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31.

All massage establishments operating within the City are required to be licensed by the City. Please visit the City's ordinance for body massage establishments. Submit applications and payment to the City Clerk's Office 300 E Nine Mile Road, Ferndale MI 48220.
