The Ferndale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in City Council Chambers on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, to receive community feedback on the draft Zoning Ordinance as the first step of the approval process. The Planning Commission will also consider making a recommendation to City Council, who will then review and consider approving the new Zoning Ordinance at an upcoming meeting.
