Today is International Firefighters’ Day! We are very grateful for the Ferndale Fire Department (FFD) and the important work they do to keep us safe. Not only do they fight fires, provide medical care, and perform other life-saving measures, but they also help our community stay educated and engaged through events and training sessions. The City sincerely appreciates and values the FFD and all fire departments around the world, and we honor those who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Thank you to firefighters everywhere for all that you do!
