The General Election is on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Voters will choose their candidate for President, US Senate, US House, and many other positions. There will also be two local proposals on the ballot regarding the Headlee millages.

Avoid the lines and vote by mail. All registered voters are entitled to vote by mail/absentee. Request a mail ballot online at mi.gov/vote or visit the City Clerk’s Office. Please return your ballots as early as possible. This provides more time for voters with signature verification issues to make corrections. Utilize our ballot dropboxes, drop them off at the City Clerk’s Office, or return them for free in the mail (no postage required). The ballot boxes are located outside of City Hall by the mailboxes, at the top of the second-floor stairs in City Hall, and the entry area of The dot parking garage.
