The July Board of Review Meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Downstairs Conference Room.

This meeting will be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. The July and December Boards of Review have authority stated in MCL 211.53b. The authorities are different for the March Board of Review, where appeals over an opinion of value are only heard. Please email assessor@ferndalemi.gov for questions.
