Following yesterday's wind storm and power outages, the City of Ferndale has announced that it will open a public warming center at the Kulick Community Center this weekend. The center will be open to the public Friday, March 10, 9:00 a.m., through Sunday, March 12, 5:00 p.m, including nights.
