The City of Ferndale's online payment system will be temporarily inaccessible this weekend, Friday, Jan. 20–Sunday, Jan. 22, while we make planned network improvements.

If you were planning to access your account and/or pay a utility bill this weekend, please do so before 11 a.m. Friday. Online payment and account functionality should be fully restored by start-of-business Monday.

Also inaccessible during network improvements will be email for staff in City Hall, Department of Public Works (DPW), and Recreation. (Email for Police, Fire, 43rd District Court, and the Downtown Development Authority will not be affected.) Please note that if you email staff in these departments, you may experience a brief 1-2-day delay in response. Again, full email functionality is expected to be restored by start-of-business Monday.

If you have questions or experience issues apart from those outlined above, please contact the Assistant City Manager's office at 248-546-2525 opt. 2. We thank you for your patience.
