City Hall will be closed on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. If your garbage collection falls on the holiday, please set your garbage containers at the curb on the following workday. This also includes the remainder of the days of that week following the holiday.

On this same day, the temporary "Drop-off Recycling Station’ will be located in the City Hall Parking Lot from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. for Ferndale residents and businesses only.

Ferndale City Council recently passed a resolution designating May as Bike Month to align with national efforts across the country and celebrate our nonmotorized-friendly city. We've planned a variety of bike-themed activities—from weekly group rides and classes to the annual Bike Rodeo and beyond—to get Ferndale into the cycling spirit.
